The role of Festa pension fund is to guarantee pension to fund members, their surviving spouses and children according to the provisions of the fund's resolutions.

The fund guarantees its members a lifetime pension, a disability pension due to reduced working capacity and a spouse's pension due to passing of a spouse, as well as a child's pension.

The amount of the pension depends on the premium payments to the fund. Pension payments are indexed in accordance with changes in the consumer price index. The pension is paid in arrears, on the last working day of each month.
