Board of Directors and Committees

The Board of Directors (BoD) of Festa pension fund is consists of six representatives and two alternates. Employees' representatives are elected at the fund's Annual General Meeting (AGM), while SA Confederation of Icelandic Enterprise (SA) nominates its representatives. The BoD consists of equal number of representatives from trade unions and SA.

The fund's AGM is held before the end of May each year, and all fund members have the right to attend the meetings with freedom of speech and the right to make proposals.

The Audit Committee of Festa pension fund operates according to Act No. 3/2006 on annual accounts.
