Data Protection Officer

On July 15, 2018, Act No. 90/2018 on Data Protection and the Processing of Personal Data was implemented. The fund has adapted its activities to the law. The fund has set a special policy on personal data protection, appointed a personal data protection representative and adapted internal procedures to comply with the law.

Data Privacy Policy

Festa pension fund has established a data privacy policy. The policy deals with handling of personal information, data processing, information to other parties, rights of individuals, storage time of information, data security, inquiries and complaints.
